What Does Beautiful Look Like?
by Lisa Claudia Briggs

Loving Everyone
by Melanie Lutz
To any problem, perceived or imagined, love remains the answer. This was not the case a year ago, when my self-loathing was at an all time high. I was divorced, depressed and had a severe case of people pleasing. I had no idea how to be gentle with myself let alone love myself
As things seemed bleakest, I did the only thing I could do; I resolved to spend the year loving everyone. And I mean everyone. I was going to spend the year in love.
